Taiga by Twilight
This piece combines two opposing worlds:
the freeness of expansion and colour, and the microscopic world, which leaves many of us confounded: the gray zone of science.
By combining the two, I aim to create a unity where the two can coexist harmoniously.
Emerald Kingdom
The deepest mysteries lie in the farthest reaches of the ocean floor.
These waters are a domain of secrets, baffling scores of scientists and explorers who dare to probe for its treasures. A kingdom of unknown sea creatures lurk beneath the surface of crystal blue, their forms only partly visible to our limited eyes.
Tangled in the emerald greens of algae and sea life, we seek to unlock its codes; yet, just as in this painting, we can only make out fragments.
Marble Sky
Orbs of light dance around in the vast expanse of outer space, guided by the hand of gravity, a force by which we are all governed.
To most of us, celestial objects appear foreign and completely separate from our daily lives; and yet, it's easy to forget that those same particles that give shape to a quasar or a planet, similarly reside within us, interwoven into the very fibres of our being.
This painting humbles me, as it brings that which is large and incomprehensible into the foreground of my very ordinary existence.
Naturepie
I see the world as being comprised of a magical essence, one that continually blossoms and grows, giving rise to the forms we see in our everyday lives.
At the very root of things, I envision a grand ballroom, in which tiny particles move and expand in streams of glittering light, absorbed in a universal dance. As they collide, their colours mesh together to create new forms.
And as these forms proliferate outward...
People, objects, places, and feelings are born.
Lindsay Ogus
Testimonials
Lindsay's art speaks to me on so many levels, from her mastery of colour to the injection of fine detail which makes each piece to come alive. Sometimes I see the light and airy, sometimes the dark and heavy.
Her art reflects the depths of pure Mood.

Art by Ogus is mesmerizing...
Lindsay has such a unique abstract style that merges the familiar with molecular forms, providing so much depth to her works.

I've got bipolar disorder, and I see myself in some of Lindsay's work. AbO captures anxiety, depression and mania in her wild designs, and yet manages not to leave out an overall sense of joy and passion.
Ordered a mouse pad and it arrived without a problem.
